We hope you like what you ordered! However, in case you are not completely satisfied, we have made the return procedure very easy.
How long do I have before making a return and do I have to pay shipping costs?
We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. As soon as we receive your package in our warehouse, your refund will be automatically issued.
Self-shipment:Please choose your own logistics company at your own expense and ship the package.
How to make a return?
1. Log in to your PACIFIC account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s) you wish to return, provide the reason, then submit.
4. Select the return method and refund method, then pack the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
Can I return items if they are worn, damaged or the tags have been removed?
1. Please note that gifts and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept any items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not offer postage services for packages returned to us. Returns are made at your expense.
Refunds
1. Refund Method Refund will be processed to your PACIFIC wallet or original payment account as per your request.
2. Refund processing time Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of your package. This is an estimated time frame to take into account current situations, most refunds will be processed before this time frame.
A – If you chose reimbursement on the PACIFIC wallet, it will be made within 24 hours. The wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or paid into your initial payment account.
B – If you chose the original payment account, the refund will be made within 5-10 business days. Receiving the refund depends on the processing time of the platform/bank.
Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
Note: Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
